How Can We Help You?

Payment can be made securely and quickly online through either Stripe or PayPal.

You are able to pay by Credit Card or Paypal knowing that your transaction is secure.

We currently ship to the east coast of Australia. We take a $100 shipping deposit at the check out and will confirm your total shipping amount before finalising your order. Shipping can range from $100-$300 depending on the order and your location.

Click and Collect. You are welcome to collect your door from our premises 2/30 Enterprise Street, Kunda Park

If you would like your door shipped elsewhere please contact us to arrange for delivery.

We have high quality control standards for our goods and will accept returns if the goods are faulty or damaged during shipping.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Luxury Doors will not accept returns on damaged doors as a result of incorrect storage.

All of our door designs are unique to our brand and only available to purchase online. All doors are made from a combination of medium-density fibreboard with a solid timber frame and come standard with a white primed finish, ready for you to paint.

To ensure your products are fitted correctly and to all Australian safety standards, we recommend you hire a professional for installation and painting.

If you store your door before hanging it, it is crucial you DO NOT lean it on an angle or lay it flat on a floor as this can cause bowing or dints. Keep the door with its longest edge on the floor, right up against a wall so it’s as vertical as possible.
